All projects begin with an initial consultation, which is not billable. After jointly defining the scope of the project, including an estimate of the number of hours needed, a Project Statement will be agreed.
Fees are structured based on a daily rate for Interim and Part-time Management services. Other services are billed hourly. Rates vary depending on the length and complexity of the project.
